"We were impressed by the standard of
care and love shown my mother by your staff. As
you know a secondary cause of her death was immobility.
In this condition it was a credit to your excellent
nursing care that there was no sign of bedsores
or any skin impairment.
At all times the family was shown care and encouraged
to involve themselves with your care plans for our
mother.
On behalf of all my family, I would like to thank
you and your staff most sincerely."

dropping in to wish Maud well.”
