Road Directions:
From City centre cross Jamaica Bridge from Union Street on to Bridge Street, and Continue straight ahead onto A77, Bridge Street for 1.3 miles. Turn right onto B763 Nithsdale Drive for 0.2 miles, continue to Nithsdale Road after roundabout for 0.2 miles and turn left on Shield Road and will reach Nithsdale Road.

From Kingston Bridge (M8 West Bound) exit Junction 20 (East Kilbride/ City Centre South) and follow the road turning left on to Morrison Street. This leads straight ahead on to Paisley Road west. Just before Paisley Toll at the traffic lights turn left on to Seaward Street to follow shield road. On Shields Road after 0.3 miles bear left onto St Andrew's Road and then right onto Darnley Street. After 0.5 miles turn right onto Nithsdale Road and then proceed as above.

From M8 (east bound) and M77 (on to M8 East bound) exit at junction 21 following the sign for Kinning Park, Tradeston and East Kilbride. At traffic lights turn right on to Seaward Street. Take first left and immediate right on shield road and proceed as above described.

From Clyde Tunnel (Southbound) exit at sign for Kilmarnock and Prestwick Airport. At main round about follow the signs for Ibrox and Kinning Park, which will take you on to Shieldhall Road and subsequently Edmiston Drive. Continue straight ahead past Ibrox Stadium where you will come to the junction of paisley Road West, where you turn left, (city bound). Follow this road until you pass Paisley Toll. At the next traffic lights turn right on to Seaward Street and follow the direction as described earlier.

Bus Route:
Everest Care Home is about walking distance from Albert drive and Nithsdale drive. Bus Nos. 59 for Albert drive and all buses passing from Pollokshield Road are convenient to come there.

Underground:
Nearest underground to Everest Care Home is Shield Road. The Underground itself is a circular rout, which services fifteen stations southwest and north of the city centre. Frequent services operate Monday to Saturday between 6.30am to 10.45pm and on Sunday between 1.00pm to 6.00pm.

Railway:
Nearest station is Pollokshields West, located on Darnley Road. This is a five minute walk to Shields Road.
